Manufacturing agreement terms and standard conditions

Machinery manufacture is executed strictly in accordance with mutually signed technical drawings and verified tolerance sign-offs. Any deviation requested during fabrication requires formal engineering review and written amendment. Payment schedules operate on milestone disbursements covering material procurement, machining completion, and pre-dispatch inspection approval at our Palsana facility.

Freight handover is executed ex-works from our Surat plant unless specified otherwise in the commercial contract. Standard industrial warranty covers fabrication integrity and structural welding defects for twelve months post-commissioning, subject to adherence with recommended plant maintenance schedules and operational load parameters.
